Kids Under Twenty One, KUTO, is a unique group of youth and adult volunteers committed to the empowerment of young St. Louisans and who work to promote teen focused crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention services.

KUTO is a member of the American Association of Suicidology, a national agency promoting public research, public awareness and training, and information on the prevention of suicide.

KUTO is a United Way member agency.
