    Friends of KUTO

    What are Friends of KUTO?

Friends are people, young and old, who support the youth focused and peer facilitated work of Kids Under Twenty One. These special people want to help promote the agency in the community, assist with special projects or have an interest in crisis intervention and adolescent suicide prevention.

    What do Friends do?

Represent KUTO at Health and Safety Fairs, support youth volunteer activities like the Thanksgiving Day Parade and Winter Wonderland at Tilles Park, assist with office and administrative details, serve on fundraising committees, and promote the mission of KUTO within the community.

What would be expected of a Friend?

This is up to you! You can choose to be more involved and serve on the 'Friends Committee' that would meet periodically to coordinate activities. Or, if your time is limited, you can serve as a 'Friends Volunteer' and be called on an 'as needed or per project' basis. You decide your own the level of participation. In either case, you'll know that your time is a valuable gift that KUTO will treasure!

How do I become a Friend?

It's easy! Complete a 'Friends of KUTO' Member Profile and return to KUTO. Your profile will be reviewed and your choice of involvement will be assessed. Should you have any questions, you can call the KUTO business office, 314.963.7571. Attendance at a general Orientation is recommended.
